About David Roth
David Roth has spent his last three decades working in the construction trades. Over the course of his career, David has done everything, from laying foundations to putting up roofs and everything in between.
His skills as a carpenter and expertise as a general contractor have put him to work in every nook and cranny that exists in a home. He’s run crews of 10 – 12 people as adeptly as is independent work as a handyman.
It’s safe to say that David knows a lot about homes.
Home inspections have become David’s passion. After his formal education and study were complete, in 2015, David received his home inspection license, and Hudson Valley Home Inspections LLC was born.
His extensive experience has created the perfect foundation for a transition into a home inspector. His invaluable life experience has provided a training ground and the knowledge necessary to give home buyers and sellers the information they need to make educated decisions.
Why Does David Enjoy Inspecting Homes?
My favorite part of my job is educating my clients. I enjoy it when my clients want to join me for the home inspection because it allows me to show them the potential issues, share my thoughts on how to fix the problem, help them understand the cost of making the repairs, and ultimately help them make quality decisions. It’s great to provide them with information and give them options.

Donna is a loving wife and mother of two beautiful daughters and two amazing grandsons. She has over 30 years of retail customer service experience and owns and operates her certified life coaching business.
Matt Drinovac
Matt Drinovac is a licensed home inspector with background doing general contracting and mechanics. Matt lives in Putnam Valley while owning rental properties in Binghamton, where he started schooling for mechanical engineering, and his interest in home inspections sparked. In the future, Matt wishes to pursue a career in home inspections as well as real estate investing. Matt is an attentive and focused individual that constantly looks to expand his knowledge in all fields. In his free time, Matt likes to go camping, fishing and exploring the many hidden gems that the beautiful Hudson Valley has to offer.
